Deadbolts with priority for opening into the room

• To protect the locking mechanism of the bolt, a recess is provided on the fixed lamella.
• To adjust the seal, a ±0.8 mm adjustment on the locking pin is possible, which amounts to a total of 1.6 mm.
• Thanks to the plastic clip, the bolt does not slip out after installation on the channel, which makes it easier to screw in.
• Durability is ensured by steel teeth in the mechanism of the center part of the bolt.
• A plastic centering pin is available to ensure that the bolt is centered in the center position during shipping and installation.
• Available in sizes for axes 7.5, 15, 30 and 40.

Corner element

• Dimensions 130 x 130 mm.
• Inside the steel guide are 4 leaf springs to provide motion transfer.
• There is a mushroom head pin which can be used with or without a safety latch.
• There is a ±0.8 mm adjustment on the lock pin for seal adjustment, totaling 1.6 mm.

Priority swivel mechanism

• Cast locking sockets made of high strength zinc alloy.
• With tapered pins and slots with open holes, the sash is drawn against the frame when the handle is turned in the locking direction.
• The bolt has a recess on the fixed lamella to protect the locking mechanism.
• There is an anti-wind protection in the shutter position.
• Thanks to the plastic clip, the bolt does not slip out after installation on the channel, which makes it easier to screw in.
• To ensure strength on heavy sashes, the connecting hinge fastening is made of 4 mm thick steel sheet.

Rear locking

• There are 4 springs inside the steel guide channel to provide motion transfer.
• To adjust the seal, there is a ±0.8 mm adjustment on the locking pin for a total of 1.6 mm.
• Flat and mushroom head pin options are available.
• For easy installation, especially on automatic machines, the zinc alloy clamp prevents the bolt from falling out of the channel.

Bottom lock

• Size 130 mm
• To prevent sagging and to ensure the sash is in the vertical correct position, there is a pin for sash positioning.
• To adjust the seal, it is possible to adjust ±0.8 mm on the locking pin, totaling 1.6 mm.
• Two different models are available for short and long sashes.

Standard position

• 3 different pressure levels with 12.5, 13 and 13.5 axes.
• Zinc alloy housing.
• Version with two holes for 13 axis available.

Priority bottom opening mechanism

• Two opening options are available: right and left.
• 9 and 13 mm options. 
• Steel body on plastic cover

Safe position

• Possibility to open both left and right with the same position.
• 9 and 13 mm versions. 
• Steel body on plastic cover.

Top hinge element of the sash

• Body made of high-strength steel.
• Sleeve to reduce friction.

Upper hinge element of the housing

• Zinc alloy housing.
• Easy installation thanks to upward pointing pin.

Lower hinge element of the sash

• Loads up to 130 kg thanks to steel pins integrated in the cast zinc housing.
• Possibility of vertical adjustment and pressure adjustment.

Lower hinge element of the housing

• Loads up to 130 kg thanks to steel pins integrated in the cast zinc housing.
• Possibility of horizontal adjustment.

Adjustable bottom loop element

• Made of special high-strength steel plate.
• Equipped with zinc alloy clips.
• Adjustable in two axes.
• Right and left-hand opening options.

Adjustable top hinge element

• The connecting part of the hinge is made of 4 mm thick steel material and can withstand sashes weighing up to 130 kg.
• Thanks to the plastic clip, the hinge does not slip out after installation on the channel, which makes it easier to screw in.
• The same hinge can be used regardless of the direction (right/left) and width difference (9-13 mm).

Adjustable middle buttonhole element

• Available in three plane (3D) and two plane (2D) adjustable versions.
• Equipped with zinc alloy clamps.
• Used in conjunction with the upper quill element of the body.

Additional locking element

• The 250 mm length can be shortened by 130 mm and has no pins.
• The 500 mm length can be shortened by 250 mm and has one locking pin.

Extension element

• Additional locking element provides additional pressure where required.
• Length 710 mm, 1 locking pin, can be shortened to 250 mm.

Microventilation element

• High strength stainless steel moving part on a zinc alloy body.
• Can be used with any angled element having a straight or mushroom-shaped pin head.

Tilt protection

• Prevents the handle from turning to the vent position when the sash is open.

Tilt lock when the sash is raised

• When the sash is open, it prevents the handle from turning to the vent position.
• When the sash is closed, it aligns the sash to the vertical position by raising it.

Slides for cartridges

• Height 130 mm.
• They are used in passive sashes of double-leaf systems.
• They have the same technical characteristics as the bottom locks.

Manual deadbolt

• There is a passive locking mechanism with a handle in the center, which is used together with the bolt.
• Thanks to the plastic clip, the bolt does not slip out after installation on the channel, which makes it easier to screw in.
• The handle is covered with plastic.
• The fixed lamella has a recess to protect the locking mechanism.
